Recycling:
Paper, cardboard, milk jugs, tin & aluminum cans can be recycled in the Red recycle containers located in Curlew, Inchelium, Torboy Transfer Station.
Additional recycling at the Torboy Transfer Station: metal, used oil, antifreeze and e-cycling.

Solid Waste Advisory Committee
The Solid Waste Advisory Committee (SWAC) is a committee appointed by the Board of Commissioners and represents a broad spectrum of Ferry County. The SWAC advises the County Commissioners on aspects of the Solid Waste Management Plan and amendments and addenda to the plan. They assist in the development of programs & policies concerning Solid Waste. The review and Comment on proposed legislative Solid Waste Rules, policies and ordinances.
