Change of Value notices will be sent to all taxable property owners in REVAL 1 May 29, 2009. This includes the Republic and Keller areas. I have included a letter of information with the notices. Click here to download the: REVAL 1 Information Letter
Cycles
Ferry County is on a four-year revaluation cycle. Every parcel is physically inspected once every four years unless there is the addition of 'new construction'.
A parcel's revaluation date is always January 1st. Physical inspection takes place in the months preceding.
Change of Value notices are sent out the end of May giving property owners at least 30 days to discuss their values with our office and/or to submit an appeal form to the Board of Equalization.
The new value will affect taxes the following year.
