annual revaluation
Beginning in 2013, Ferry County will be going to Annual Revaluation. State law mandates that we do this by 2014.
Should all go as planned, we will be mailing out 'Change of Value' notices to all Ferry County property owners by the end of May, 2013. Then each year going forward, property owners will receive 'Change of Value' notices annually.
Property owners will have the usual 30 days or until July 1st, whichever is later, to contact our office in regards to their new values and/or to appeal their values to the Board of Equalization.
We are keeping our 'inspection' areas the same as they have been. Please review the map below. Here is a schedule for physical inspection beginning the summer/fall of 2013:
